You’re not gonna finish that? Then give it to us. Together with Lof der Zoetheid, we cooked with the ingredients that would otherwise go to waste. We served a 100% vegetarian menu with, among others, jackfruit tacos and saved veggie quiches. Sustainably served on biodegradable or reusable materials.
