With international guests, you want an international menu. With in the limited amount of space in the Transformatorhuis, we needed a maximum amount of flavour and to bring together a diverse set of cuisines. Challenge accepted!
That’s why we cooked things from all corners of the world. Ramen, healthy bowls, duck baos, burgers and freshly made stroopwafels. All deliciously made by many amazing chefs. And for that much-needed caffeine to keep all guests on their toes, Cascara built the very first filter coffee tap. Just tap and go!
